DynamiCore Physio Terms and Conditions

Please Note: All DynamiCore courses are purchased through DynamiCorePhysio Limited. Courses are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. All DynamiCorePhysio sessions are 55 minutes long.

Assessment: Prior to starting a course at DynamiCorePhysio, participants must consent to take a Biomechanial Assessment. The purpose of the Assessment is to evaluate and understand the mechanics of your body whilst performing various movements and activities. All information obtained during the assessment will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of evaluation and creating a plan for the future services.  Please note assessment fees are separate from course purchases. Payment for the assessment is due before or at the time of the service. No refunds will be offered for missed appointments or cancelled assessment within less than 48hrs. 

Fees: Consultation/course fees to be paid on the day of your appointment/s or in advance for block bookings.

Refund policy : We do not offer refunds or transfer any block payments made. Please make sure to consider your purchase carefully before proceeding. 

Cancellation Policy: We require 48 hours notice for cancellations of any appointments. Failure to do so will result in the full charge for the session being charged.

It is recommended that you consult with your doctor or your qualified healthcare provider prior to participating in any of the services, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition or are pregnant. DynamicorePhysio assumes no liability for any injury or harm that may occur as a result of participating in the services

Participation:

Participation in the Services is voluntarily. You agree to assume full responsibility for your health and well-being during the Services and to follow all instructions and guidelines provided by your clinical pilates instructor. You also agree to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions that may impact your ability to participate in the Services.
